Delivery Information for Purchases

Consultations with Dr. Celi are conducted online as per the information, details, terms and conditions in the Online Psych Consults menu. Schedule and order your consult (individual or package) as appropriate for you in the “Online Psych Consults” menu. Consults cancelled or unattended within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. Consults can not be rescheduled within 24 hours of the booking time made.
Returns and Refund Policy
Exchange up to 21 days after purchase.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order when you receive it, or it is somehow faulty, we will either accept its return and refund your money or otherwise exchange the product once, for up to 21 days after purchase.
For any such concerns, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details of where to return your order and an order reference number.
Any returned item/s must be returned in its original and intact packaging, undamaged and untainted.
Psychology sessions – online and in-person
All psychology sessions are to be booked with Dr. Celi via email@example.com and/or via our phone discussions.
Confirmed appointments that are cancelled and/or rescheduled within 48 hours incur the full fee.
Pre-purchase of any sessions are non-refundable as pre-payment has secured guaranteed time slots for your appointments. These appointment times have not been made available to anyone other clients and resulted in anyone booking after you potentially being place on a waitlist.
Payment of any cancellation and/or rescheduling fee incurred within 48 hours of a booked appointment is to be completed before subsequent appointments are confirmed.
Delivery Information for Purchases
Upon receipt of your purchase, we will arrange to have your order despatched within three days and reaching you within 7-10 days depending on your delivery address location. If your order hasn’t reached you within 10 days please contact our office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
